Transparent Conductive Oxides. Part II. Specific Focus on ITO, ZnO-AZO, SnO2-FTO Families for Photovoltaics Applications

چکیده

This contribution is the second part of a presentation transparent conductive oxides, TCO. After general overview in first publication properties and applications TCO related to type oxide dopant, growth techniques temperature, we focus current one on three families used as electrodes photovoltaic, PV, cells modules. Indeed, new generations solar need optimizing with improved conductivity transparency depending substrate, PV cells, conditions used. Thus, ITO, ZnO-AZO, SnO 2 -FTO are considered. ITO presents best combination electrical optical but based two other challenging many photovoltaic for obtaining low cost environmental friendly comparable performances. Due high number publications applications, this does not claim be exhaustive makes it possible summarize main information concerning these materials by approaching them common methodology.
